The Application Process
The journey from application to offer in 3-4 weeks
1. Async Video
We’ve received your application – and we like what we see. Now we want to see a little more. You’ll be asked to prepare a short asynchronous video so that we can learn more about you, from you! Seeing your enthusiasm for the role helps us determine whether or not we’re on the same page.
2. HR Interview
If your video stands out, you’ll meet with our HR team. This gives us an opportunity to get to know your personality, ways of working, and values. It also gives you an opportunity to ask questions about the company and the role. By aligning expectations from the start, we ensure all parties feel comfortable with the working dynamic and can enjoy a strong cultural fit that benefits everyone.
3. Technical Interview
Now that we’ve established a good mutual cultural fit, it’s time for the technical interview. This gives you an opportunity to highlight your technical skills, experience and strengths.
4. 2nd Technical Interview or Personal Interview
You’ve piqued our curiosity and we’re nearing the end of the application process. At this stage, we’ll request either a deeper technical dive to thoroughly understand your capabilities or a personal interview to wrap up any outstanding questions we/you may have.
5. The Offer
It’s a match! We extend an offer and invite you to join the acrontum team. We’re confident that your skills and our vision align perfectly with our mission to make digital awesome again and that culturally you are a perfect addition to our team.
The Onboarding Process
Your first six months at acrontum
Month 1
During your first month you’re tasked with settling in! You’ll meet the team, get to know the company and our processes, and slowly start familiarizing yourself with your day-to-day duties with our support.
Month 2-3
As soon as you’re comfortable, you’ll dive deeper into your first project and start taking on more important tasks and working more independently. We don’t believe in micro-managing, but support will always be close at hand when you need it.
Month 4-6
Now that you are fully settled in, you can take on more responsibility, show initiative and become more engaged in company projects. You have greater accountability and autonomy, and have taken full ownership of your role.
